Q. Are we allowed to have open flames?
A. We allow the use of open flames, if they are inclosed
Q. Does Hawkeye GPE allow the use of sparklers?
A. Yes! We love sparklers and think they are always a fun touch to a wedding. If you choose to use sparklers on your special day, we only allow wedding sparklers, and they must be used away from the tent.
Q. Does Hawkeye GPE allow flower petals on the aisle?
A. We allow flower petals on the aisle as long as they are real flower. Fake flower petals may not be used.
Q. Can we just do a ceremony at Vintage Gardens?
A. Yes, we allow ceremony only
Q. Can we bring outside food and beverages in?
A. Yes, we allow outside catering.
Q. Can we take our left over food from the wedding?
A. We allow you to take left over home only when you haveprovided your own food. Food provided by our facility is not allowed to take home due to safe food regulations.
Q. Is there a space for the bride and groom to get ready in?
A. Yes! We have bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in 2 hours prior to the event and the groom and groomsmen have access to our wine cellar to hang out in 2 hours prior to the event.
Q. When can we start taking pictures at the venue?
A. 2 hours prior!
Q. Can we hire our own security guards?
A. Security guards are required and have to be used through us. We do not allow other companies to come in.
Q. Can we have live bands?
A. Yes! We do allow live bands!
Q. Do we have to use your DJ?
A. No! Use whatever DJ you want! We do have one, if you need a recommendation.
Q. Do we allow outside beer and hard alcohol?
A. No, we do not allow bringing in your own beer or hard alcohol. Only wine, which has a corkage fee of $10 per bottle.
